Mugsy is a 7 yr old English Bulldog. And he has such an underbite that his top and bottom teeth don't even touch. His owners rescued him from Animal Regulation. He had been in a fire and still has small scars. His previous owners were claimed to be less than upstanding citizens. As to what happened to him as a puppy is anyone's guess but he hates loud noises and passing dogs. However, with the help of a clueless boxer puppy, two sweet cats, many birds, good disposition and of course his general lethargic nature, he has overcome much of his anxieties and settled in.
